Founders and Team
We founded The FinTech 50 in 2012, when it was the first list in the world to feature FinTech for innovation rather than revenue. Back then it was a guide to an emerging sector. Now it is seen as a guide to quality within a super crowded one. It is not a competition, there are no black tie awards and we don't rely on 'entries' or nominations. Instead, we undertake our own independent research throughout the year - and then invite an international panel of experts who eat, breathe and sleep FinTech to select their 50 they believe will be the 'ones to watch'.
